All dies and their titles do not convey. 3D dies quoted on a case by case basis.
Exact color matching is available on all of our products except for Cloisonné products. Every effort will be made to match PMS colors as closely as possible. Due to various methods of manufacturing, we can not guarantee exact color matches.
Regarding Embroidery and Woven products: We can not match threads to PMS colors exactly but we will get as close as possible.
All prices in the catalogue are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in raw material and shipping costs.
Gold and Silver orders
Gold and silver orders require 100% pre-payment at time of order. Price on gold and Silver products are based on market price of at the time of order. Quotes for precious metals are only good for 72 hours because of the volatility of those metals in the open market. Orders placed after that time will require a revised up to date quote.
Electronic camera ready artwork is preferred. We cannot guarantee the return of artwork. You may submit artwork in one of the following formats: Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe PhotoShop 6.0, PDF, JPG, TIFF, and BMP. We accept PC file format. Art charges if needed may apply and are billed at $ 35.00 per hour for complex designs. No charge for simple artwork and type setting.

Cancellations or Changes
Any cancellations or changes after an order is placed will be subject to all cost incurred plus a cancellation charge of $50(A) and will be invoiced accordingly.
Please allow 10 working days for delivery upon receipt of order. Orders are shipped F.O.B. Carlsbad, California. Shipping is via ground service and all shipping and handling charges will be assessed accordingly.

We reserve the right to use all logos of finished product in our advertising and displays unless notified in writing at time of order that you do not want your product displayed.
Plating changes are available at no charge as long as the same die is used.
No order may be returned to the factory without prior factory authorization. Authorization must be requested within 10 days from invoice date.
Pre-Production samples are available with a $75.00 deposit and 2-3 week delivery. Upon approval of sample, $75.00 is applied to order and an additional 2 to 3 weeks is required to complete production.
When your order calls for a delayed split shipment, the merchandise will be produced and billed, with shipments delayed per your request. The delayed split-ship charge is $10.00 (F) per shipment. No delayed split shipments will be allowed past a 12-month period of time.
