What Type of Colors Can You Use?

We encourage you to provide your PMS colors, or we will do the PMS color matching for you.

How is a Rubber Label Better than a Woven Label or a Printed Label?

On the one hand customised PVC labels, also known as silicone clothing labels, are better for outdoor gear because they are waterproof and will certainly withstand the elements.
On the other hand, while labels made out of fabric like the printed or woven ones allow an iron on backing, personalized rubber labels don’t.
Anyway, both of them are easy to sew. In fact, customizable pvc labels are much easier given that they all come with a sewing channel.

What Types of Backing Do You Offer?

No Backing. You will attach the labels to your product by sewing them in. Sewing channels are included. Recommended for permanent applications.
Hook and Loop Backing. We provide with both hook and loop sides of the hook and loop. Black, Brown and White Hook and Loop are available. Recommended for easy on / off.
Adhesive backing. We use a strong 3M adhesive back so you can attach your label to your product by pressure. Not recommended for items that are washed often.

What does PVC stand for?

PVC stands for polyvinyl chloride, a synthetic plastic polymer commonly used in a wide variety of applications.
First developed in the early 20th century, PVC has become one of the most popular polymers in the world due to its many beneficial properties.
For example, it is highly resistant to extreme temperatures and corrosive chemicals, making it ideal for use in everything from pipes and wire insulation to medical devices and construction materials.
Additionally, PVC is remarkably versatile, forming strong bonds with other substances thanks to its unique chemical composition.
Overall, PVC is a key component of modern life, helping to improve our health and safety while making many day-to-day tasks more convenient and efficient.

Who uses rubber labels?

PVC labels are used by a variety of different industries, from retail to manufacturing. Perhaps the most common use for these rubber tags is in the fashion world, where they are often found adorning clothing and accessories like handbags and shoes. These labels help consumers identify and differentiate between different brands and products, making them an essential tool for marketers. In addition, PVC labels are also used extensively in the food industry, as they can be printed with special codes that help manufacturers track their products as they move through distribution channels. And finally, rubber tags are also commonly found in packaging applications, where they help to protect products during transit and add another level of security against counterfeiting. Whatever your industry or application may be, PVC labels are an indispensable tool that is sure to enhance your brand.

Silicone labels vs PVC labels

When it comes to choosing labels for your products, you have a few different materials to choose from. Two of the most popular options are PVC labels and silicone labels. Each option has its own benefits and drawbacks, so it’s important to choose the right material for your needs.
PVC labels are durable and resistant to both water and heat. They’re also fairly inexpensive to produce. However, PVC is a petroleum-based product, so it’s not as eco-friendly as some other options. In addition, PVC labels can be difficult to remove once they’ve been attached to a product.
Silicone labels, on the other hand, are made from silicone rubber, which is a renewable resource. They’re also completely recyclable. Silicone labels are very flexible, so they can conform to curved surfaces. However, they’re not as durable as PVC labels and they can be more expensive to produce.
Ultimately, the best label material for your products will depend on your specific needs and preferences. If cost is a major concern, PVC labels may be the way to go. If you’re looking for a more eco-friendly option, silicone labels might be a better choice. And if you need
